Job Description

Job Title: Textile Billing Executive / Billing Clerk Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to handle invoicing and billing operations within our textile company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting or billing in a manufacturing or textile setting, strong knowledge of GST, and the ability to manage documentation related to orders, dispatches, and client payments. Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate invoices for textile products based on sales orders and delivery notes. Ensure compliance with applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments to track order completion and delivery. Record and reconcile customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices. Maintain and update billing records in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Prepare reports related to billing, collections, and accounts receivable. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices. Assist the finance team in audits and end-of-month reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Excel). Strong understanding of GST and other applicable tax laws. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
