About Role Expectation: We are seeking a passionate Telecaller/ Telesales Executive person who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/ Inbound calls in professional manner Interact with the customer over a call with strong communication skills. Explain the product/ service and generate interest. Schedule appointments or close sales over the phone call. Keep a record of every customer call. Requirement: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil.
