Outbound Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

(Outbound-focused. Target-driven. Performance-based.)

We’re looking for someone who is confident on calls, sharp in communication, and serious about results.

This is not a passive calling role.
This is about creating conversations, qualifying interest, and generating real leads.

The Role

You will be responsible for outbound calling and lead generation, turning cold and warm prospects into qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.

Your impact is direct and measurable.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
• Introduce our services clearly and confidently
• Understand prospect needs and qualify interest
• Generate and schedule leads/appointments for sales
• Handle objections professionally and move conversations forward
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in CRM
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects

What We Expect

• Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Confidence speaking to new people over calls
• Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
• Basic understanding of sales or lead qualification
• Disciplined with targets, follow-ups, and reporting

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent daily call volumes
• High-quality qualified leads, not random contacts
• Clean CRM data and proper follow-ups
• Steady improvement in conversion ratios

What This Role Is NOT

• Not an inbound support role
• Not a script-reading job without thinking
• Not for people uncomfortable with targets
