Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes
  • Ensure GST compliance (CGST, SGST, IGST) as per applicable laws
  • Verify rates, quantities, schemes, discounts, and approvals before billing
  • Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, and logistics for dispatch-related billing
  • Maintain accurate records of daily billing, returns, and stock movements
  • Handle billing corrections, cancellations, and re-issuance when required
  • Upload invoices on customer portals / ERP systems as needed
  • Assist in e-invoicing and e-way bill generation
  • Support accounts team during monthly closing, GST returns, and audits
  • Respond to customer queries related to invoices and documentation
  • Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of all billing documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
