Branch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations:

• Supervise daily branch activities including sales, service, dispatch, and administration.
• Ensure smooth coordination among sales, store, accounts, and service teams.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with HO for inventory replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, and policies.

2. Sales Coordination:

• Assist sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
• Ensure timely communication of product offers, schemes, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with key dealers/system integrators.
• Coordinate with HO for product alternatives, pricing issues, and stock requirements.

3. Customer Service:

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments.
• Supervise RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty handling processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and effective support.

4. Team Supervision:

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of branch staff.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve branch objectives.
• Ensure coordination between accounts, service, and sales teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily sales/dispatch/service records.
• Send weekly/monthly reports to head office as per formats.
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices, challans, service tickets, and RMA forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
