Role Overview: As a Sr. Office administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving both student and staff satisfaction. You will play a key role in achieving the institutes growth objectives by leading the team, maintaining high-quality teaching standards, and ensuring effective communication with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Active participation in all office administration activities.
Responsible for maintaining all admin records.
Coordinating with the internal office activities like supervising, housekeeping, operations and stationery for the office needs.
Should maintain the records of students and trainers
Coordinate with the students and trainers for the arrangement of classes
Should be active and attentive all the time and should have a look on classrooms
Should take care of day to day expenses of the office activities and maintaining the record of student fees details.
Assisting the students with the particular classroom according to theirs Batches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,125.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
