Job Description

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and contracts.
  • Follow up on sales leads and finalize sales transactions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Use CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
