Role & responsibilities - Help and coordinate in promotional activities. - To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital. - To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan. - Network with various physician. - Create and maintain database of referring doctors, hospitals, clinics etc. - Establish regular contact and engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, etc. (Minimum no. of average calls per day - ). - Achieve targeted revenues through referrals from hospitals/Clinics/Doctors. - Regularly visit the doctors and take feedback on services and share with the reporting head. - Coordinate with accounts department for referral payments & deliver the same. - All the grievances related to the referral patient should be heard and to be solved. - Coordinate with corporate clients patients if instructed by Manager. - Maintain website as per the instruction of HODs. - To coordinate for CMEs, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education program, etc. - Monthly plan activity must be given before starting of every month. - Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the manager. - Daily/Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to manager about the activities assigned. - Put all efforts to achieve the assigned targets. Roles and Responsibilities Manage billing processes for hospital services, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to patients. Handle cash handling responsibilities with care and attention to detail. Generate invoices using TPA systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Process bills received from various sources, including insurance companies and individuals. Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
