Billing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of billing processes, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to handle customer queries related to payments. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers. Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues. Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, sales, and customer service) for smooth billing operations. Prepare billing reports and assist in audits. Address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments. Ensure timely submission of bills and proper documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or finance-related roles. Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills:Experience in GST, TDS, and other taxation aspects (if applicable). Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Experience in handling corporate billing and payment follow-ups.
