Job Summary:

We are looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Billing Professional to manage the billing and invoicing process of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating bills, maintaining records, coordinating with the sales and dispatch teams, and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales invoices, quotations, and challans using billing software.
• Ensure accuracy in product pricing, quantities, and applicable taxes.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for timely and accurate billing.
• Maintain billing records and assist in reconciling accounts.
• Manage and file physical and digital copies of invoices and supporting documents.
• Handle basic customer queries related to billing and payment.
• Prepare daily/weekly billing reports for management review.
• Assist the accounts team in tallying and verifying transactions.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
• Familiarity with billing software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic understanding of GST and tax application on products
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Time management and ability to handle high volumes of work

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Graduate (Commerce or relevant field preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or back-office roles
• Freshers with training or internship in billing/accounts may also apply
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and billing software
