Billing Executive

Male candidates Only !!! We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have between 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles, and a strong desire to grow their career in this field. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Support in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation Assist in financial data analysis and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations Maintain confidentiality of financial information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Between 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships or entry-level positions included) Familiarity with accounting software (Must) Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Location: Perampra, Calicut, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
