Billing & Estimation Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and billing documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working in construction billing, and proficiency in estimation and contract documentation.   Key Responsibilities: Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis based on drawings and specifications Manage and verify subcontractor bills and vendor invoices Prepare client running and final bills as per contractual terms Track and monitor material consumption and reconciliation Maintain measurement sheets, documentation, and billing records Coordinate with the site team and accounts department for billing clearance Assist in tendering work and preparation of technical/commercial proposals Conduct cost audits and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with standards Review drawings, specifications, and contract agreements before billing   Required Skills: Strong knowledge of estimation, billing procedures, and civil engineering quantities Excellent command in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and software like ERP / CCS / BuildSmart (preferred) Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Good communication skills and coordination ability with site and management Strong analytical thinking and numerical accuracy  Note: Only candidates with experience in the Construction / Builder / Real Estate industry will be considered.
