Billing & Estimation Engineer

As a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in the Interior Design field, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Making Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Estimations, and Billing for Interior Design Implementation. - Creating Estimates and BOQs for Clients. - Conducting material inspection, estimation, and costing analysis. - Maintaining vendor details and coordinating with the accounts manager. - Checking Subcontractor's Bills and preparing Site Progress Reports. - Conducting Negotiations, managing rate conflicts, and overseeing Client & Vendor Costing. - Utilizing 2-5 years of experience in Interior Designing Field. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in Billing Engineering or Quantity Surveying within interior fit-out projects. - Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and their associated costs. - Proficiency in quantity surveying and billing software. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations.
