Job Description

You will be responsible for carrying out billing works at different stages of construction with proper efficiency and accuracy. As a Billing Engineer at Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt Ltd. / M/S Dilip Kumar, you must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering to qualify for this role. Your duties will include knowledge of estimation and costing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), rate analysis, labor and machinery analysis, and other related tasks in the field of billing for construction projects. Your main job responsibilities will involve Quantity take off, BOQ, Estimation, Billing, Tenders, and handling commercial and technical documentation related to tenders. You should have experience in Quantity Survey work, BOQ preparation for various types of buildings, billing, tenders, estimation, pricing, and commercial and technical documentation. Additionally, you should be proficient in Preparing Analysis of Rates and BOQ based on DSR of CPWD/state PWD. It is essential to have experience in reviewing tender documents, preparing preliminary estimates of roads, bridges, and buildings for estimation purposes, and possess good command of the English language. To qualify for this position, you must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in road and bridges work. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other daily use software, is required. The salary for this position ranges from INR 35,000 to 45,000.
