Role Description

Name of Post: Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Type of Job: Full time at Head Office, Chennai.

Experience required: 3 to 5 years

Qualification required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Salary Package: 3 to 3.6 Lac CTC PA.

Qualifications

Should be able to calculate all civil activities from drawing and prepare the BOQ independently.
Should be able to analyse and prepare the rate analysis of all kind of civil activities
Follow the Process of Billing Certification and keep all record.
Should know the list of document should be enclosed with the RA Bills
Expertise in Quantity Surveying, including cost estimation and verification
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
