Billing Analyst

• The Billing Analyst supports the timely and accurate preparation, delivery, and collection of customer invoices. They serve as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries.
  

What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Liaises with customers to answer billing questions via phone and email. Monitors tickets, and provides timely and accurate responses to customer questions.
• Billing Cycle Support: Assists in monthly billing cycles, including invoice preparation and completeness / accuracy reviews. Monitors emails and promptly addresses billing and collection-related issues. Runs ad-hoc reports in systems to address customer inquiries.
  

Who You Are

• 1+ years experience with high volume B2B billing and collections
• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
• Experience with NetSuite or similar billing systems
• SaaS company billing experience

• Proficiency in managing and analyzing data using Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal abilities, and ability to work cross-functionally within the company
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure
• Accounts receivable best practices and principles
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete tasks by deadlines
  

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
