Job Description

Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end tendering processfrom tender identification to final bid submission.
  • Review RFP/RFQ/tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and compliance needs.
  • Prepare Technical, PQ, and Financial Bids as per tender specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Finance, Legal, SCM, Projects) to collect required inputs.
  • Prepare tender summaries, compliance checklists, costing sheets, and bid strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate tenders on portals such as CPPP, GeM, AAI, eProcurement, State portals, BEL SRM, etc.
  • Draft technical queries and handle client communication during the tender stage.
  • Ensure timely submission and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Maintain a tender tracker, MIS reports, and database of past submissions.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate with an Engineering background.
  • 10+ years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Presales.
