Job Description

Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end tendering processfrom tender identification to final bid submission.
Review RFP/RFQ/tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and compliance needs.
Prepare Technical, PQ, and Financial Bids as per tender specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Finance, Legal, SCM, Projects) to collect required inputs.
Prepare tender summaries, compliance checklists, costing sheets, and bid strategies.
Monitor and evaluate tenders on portals such as CPPP, GeM, AAI, eProcurement, State portals, BEL SRM, etc.
Draft technical queries and handle client communication during the tender stage.
Ensure timely submission and maintain high-quality documentation.
Maintain a tender tracker, MIS reports, and database of past submissions.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate with an Engineering background.
10+ years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Presales.
