Job Summary

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track business opportunities, tenders, and RFPs on a regular basis through various online portals and industry sources.
Prepare tender synopsis/summaries for internal review and decision-making.
Coordinate and prepare complete bidding documentation as per tender specifications and compliance requirements.
Liaise with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and administrative information required for tender submission.
Ensure timely submission of tenders, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers on a regular basis.
Monitor tender outcomes, maintain documentation archives, and support post-tender clarifications.
Assist in continuous process improvement for tendering and documentation workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred).
2–3 years of experience
in tendering documentation; experience with
international tendering
is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of tendering procedures, bidding norms, and documentation requirements.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with MIS reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under strict timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
