As a Manager Transition at JLL, you will be responsible for managing Electro-Mechanical transitions for the South PAM region. Your primary duties will include overseeing the MEP/SS services Transition process, establishing MEP Systems & Processes for Property Management, and supervising maintenance staff during transitions. You will be required to analyze the operation of various site infrastructure systems, determine the root cause of any malfunctions, and take corrective action as necessary.
