Bid Management Executive

Role Summary:

The Bid Manager will be responsible for driving the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification, proposal management, and solution coordination to final submission and post-bid reviews. The role demands strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen to ensure TVS Electronics bids are compelling, compliant, and aligned with client and organizational goals.

NOTE: Hindi Language is Mandatory.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bid & Proposal Management

• Lead the complete bid management lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, bid strategy, content development, and timely submission.
  
• Coordinate inputs from various internal teams (technical, commercial, finance, legal, operations) to develop high-quality proposals.
  
• Prepare bid summaries, risk assessments, and executive briefing documents for leadership approval.
  
• Ensure all bids comply with client requirements, internal governance, and brand standards.
  

2. Strategic Planning

• Support business teams in identifying tender opportunities through online portals, government tenders, and direct client engagements.
  
• Develop win themes and value propositions that differentiate TVS Electronics offerings.
  
• Maintain a structured bid pipeline and track conversion ratios.
  

3. Financial & Commercial Alignment

• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing models, and commercial compliance.
  
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to optimize pricing strategies.
  
• Manage confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as part of bid governance.
  

4. Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain a repository of reusable bid materials, case studies, and templates.
  
• Document lessons learned from each bid and integrate improvements into future proposals.
  
• Manage version control and ensure data integrity across all submissions.
  

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for all bid-related communications internally and externally.
  
• Facilitate bid kick-off, review, and debrief sessions with business, delivery, and leadership teams.
  
• Work closely with marketing and communications to enhance proposal design and storytelling.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  
• 1+ years of experience in

  Bid Management / Pre-Sales / Proposal Writing

  in

  Technology, IT Hardware, Services, or Manufacturing industries

  .
• Strong exposure to

  Government and Enterprise bidding

  (GeM portal, PSU tenders, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and CRM tools.
