Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage bid management process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of tenders on various platforms like GEM Portal, Government Tender, E-tendering, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing) and external agencies (consultants, lawyers) to gather required documents and information for tender preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the bidding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bids submitted by the company.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed regarding bid-related queries or issues.
    - Identify and evaluate relevant RFPs and tender opportunities.
  • - Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
  • - Handle submissions on government e-procurement portals (GEM, SAP, IREPS, CPP, etc.).
  • - Draft and manage agreements, contracts, and supporting documents.
  • - Manage BG (Bank Guarantee) preparation and submission process.
  • - Maintain EMD and BG tracking lists.
  • - Proficient in basic Excel calculations and MS Office applications.
  • - Working knowledge of GEM portal (invoice uploading, service catalog management, etc.).
