Role & Responsibilities: • Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids. • Overall end to end working for the tender process. • Manage bidding process, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client till bid submission. • Documentation for tender submission. • For successful bids manage work delivery between client and internal team. • Should have the knowledge of participation in all PSU / e-procurement websites like GeM portal etc. and should have knowledge of vendor registrations process. • Follow up with vendor registration and filling new applications. • Preparation of file records.
