Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Benefits Operations team, ensuring seamless execution of benefits-related tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the benefits team, including processing claims, administering benefits, and maintaining accurate records.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Train and guide new team members on benefits administration processes.

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
