We are a fast-growing US IT staffing firm specializing in Data, AI/ML, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Analytics domains. With strong client relationships and vendor partnerships, we are expanding our bench sales operations to aggressively market our consultants and onboard new talent.

Role Overview

Senior Bench Sales Lead Recruiter / Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the

    end-to-end bench sales cycle

    : profile marketing, rate negotiation, client/vendor management, interview scheduling, and closures.
  • Actively

    market H1B consultants

    through job boards, vendor networks, and direct client channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    prime vendors, clients, and MSPs

    .
  • Source and

    bring new consultants (EAD, GC, Citizens, OPTs)

    onto our W2 payroll through networking and outreach.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters on effective bench sales and marketing techniques.
  • Track daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and closures with clear reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years

    of proven experience in

    US IT staffing bench sales & recruitment

    .
  • Strong experience in

    H1B consultant marketing

    (hands-on with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to

    close contracts quickly

    with prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Experience bringing

    new EADs, OPTs, Citizens, and Green Card holders

    onto payroll.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong vendor/client network across

    Data/AI, Salesforce, Cloud, and Analytics domains

    is a big plus.
