Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Mehsana, Gujarat. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential consultants, understanding their skills and requirements, marketing and placing their profiles, and maintaining fruitful relationships with them. The day-to-day tasks include screening profiles, negotiating rates with vendors, finding job opportunities, updating resume statuses, and ensuring timely placements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting and understanding of the recruitment process
• Strong skills in screening profiles and marketing consultant resumes
• Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and clients
• Ability to maintain relationships with and understand the needs of consultants
• Proficiency in sourcing job opportunities and ensuring timely placements
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
