Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively marketing and placing our pool of talented consultants who are currently on the bench. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the utilization of our bench resources and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Responsibilities: Actively market and promote bench consultants to direct clients and prime vendors through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and key stakeholders at client companies. Understand the skills, experience, and career aspirations of bench consultants to effectively match them with suitable job opportunities. Analyze job requirements and technical specifications to identify the best-fit consultants. Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with clients and vendors. Coordinate interviews and follow up with both consultants and clients throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's database. Stay informed about current market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Collaborate effectively with the recruitment team and other internal departments to achieve organizational goals. Generate weekly and monthly reports on bench utilization and sales activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter within the IT staffing industry. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills. Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Proven track record of successfully placing bench consultants in contract and permanent positions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong sense of urgency. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with the Hyderabad IT market is a plus.
