You will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring successful placements with U.S. clients. This role requires working from our rented office space in Hyderabad and collaborating closely with our U.S. team . Key Responsibilities Market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants across all technologies Customize resumes and submit profiles to job boards and vendor portals. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and direct clients. Negotiate rates and close deals with clients and consultants. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with U.S. staffing standards and documentation. Collaborate with the U.S. team to align marketing strategies and placement goals. Required Skills 3 to 5 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing and bench sales. Strong understanding of U.S. visa types and hiring practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS/CRM tools. Ability to work U.S. time zones and manage multiple consultants. As an experienced Project/Program Manager with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), you will be responsible for leading technology integration initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems. Your role will involve coordinating complex, cross-functional workstreams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance alignment, and driving execution during critical M&A transition periods. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills will be crucial in delivering seamless integration across IT and business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Lead end-to-end M&A technology integration programs, including infrastructure consolidation, cyber compliance readiness, and cloud migration planning. - Manage project lifecycle activities: scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery. - Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to assess and align system architecture, security controls, and compliance frameworks during integrations. - Oversee contracting and licensing activities, ensuring proper vendor management and cost optimization during technology transitions. - Drive cloud strategy and implementation efforts to align with enterprise modernization and security standards. - Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure all integrations meet regulatory and internal audit requirements. - Develop detailed project plans, dashboards, and status reports to communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership. - Facilitate change management and ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-merger operational stability. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance processes throughout project execution. - Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintaining focus on strategic objectives and business outcomes. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 5 years focused on M&A technology integrations. - Proven experience managing cross-functional integration programs spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, contracting, and implementation. - Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and data security standards. - Demonstrated success leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and network environments. - Experience working with CIO, CISO, and Business Transformation teams on due diligence and integration planning. - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment aligned to East Coast hours.,
