As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will leverage your 1-5 years of experience in the IT staffing industry to excel in this role based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Your strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies will be key as you work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include bench marketing, where you identify candidate skill sets and implement marketing strategies to place them with clients.
