Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes initiating and managing the hiring process. The recruiter will engage with clients to understand their needs, manage accounts, and conduct sales recruitment. Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing and screening candidates, handling client communications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
