Role Description

US Bench Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Market and place bench consultants to vendors, clients, and prime vendors.
• Source requirements via

  job portals, LinkedIn, networking groups

  , and vendor relationships.
• Submit resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate rates, and close deals.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network, including

  Tier 1 and implementation partners

  .
• Track and manage all sales activities in CRM/ATS systems.
• Understand and apply

  tax terms

  (W2, 1099, C2C) and US immigration processes (H1B, GC, CPT/OPT).

Qualifications

• 1+ year

  of proven experience in US Bench Sales.
• Strong

  sales, negotiation, and relationship-building

  skills.
• Familiarity with prime vendors and US staffing market trends.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
