Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place companys
bench consultants
to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants by providing regular updates on job opportunities and marketing efforts.
Work with
consultants on different work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, US Citizens)
and place them in suitable positions.
Submit consultants to job requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) and vendor lists.
Build and maintain a network of
vendors, clients, and hiring managers
for future business opportunities.
Negotiate job offers between clients/vendors and consultants.
Keep track of consultant availability and proactively market their profiles.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, immigration, and legal requirements
while placing consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
6 months to 2 year of experience as a
Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Recruiter / Fresher willing to be trained
.
Knowledge of
US staffing process, visas, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
preferred (training will be given if fresher).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in
MS Office, job portals, and social networking sites
is a plus.
