About the Role:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Graduation Year:

  2024 or before only

• Must have developed and deployed at least

  one complete dynamic web application or website independently

  (not an academic project)

• Deep technical knowledge

  in both frontend and backend development

• Excellent coding and debugging skills

  must be comfortable writing production-grade code
• Must be able to work

  independently without constant guidance

• Willingness to work

  onsite

  and during

  US hours

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend:

  Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

• Frontend:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular

• Database:

  PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

• Version Control:

  Git & GitHub
• Understanding of

  RESTful APIs

  ,

  Authentication

  , and

  Security Practices

• Experience with

  deployment

  (Heroku, AWS, etc.) is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

• Work on real-time development projects from scratch
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  
• Collaborate with remote teams during US timings
  
• Independently handle assigned modules/features
  
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
