As a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Nagpur, this full-time on-site role will require you to take charge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and formulating effective business strategies. Your daily responsibilities will involve market research, client meetings, presentation preparation and delivery, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets. Close collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure that customer needs are effectively addressed. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends. Proficiency in creating business strategies and marketing plans, excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting are also crucial. Knowledge of IT services and software development would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position.,
