About The Opportunity

We are hiring within the Renewable Energy sector—specifically Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar EPC operations across India. This on-site role focuses on winning and delivering medium-to-large rooftop and ground-mount solar projects for corporate, industrial, and institutional customers.Company: MindtelRole & Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify and close C&I solar EPC opportunities across targeted industrial and commercial verticals—manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for EPC contracts, PPAs and O&M agreements, ensuring competitive margins while mitigating commercial & technical risk.
  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial bids and proposals; coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to meet tender timelines and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and present robust financial models, ROI analyses and proposal decks to procurement teams, C-level stakeholders and project owners to accelerate decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with DISCOMs, ESCOs, channel partners, and large clients to secure approvals, site surveys, and project clearances.
  • Track pipeline using CRM, maintain accurate forecast, and drive handover to project execution with clear scope, milestones and contract deliverables.
