Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with architects, PMC, corporates, commercial clients, and institutions to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B and institutional selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in project sales or related field (architecture, construction).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; strong organizational skills required.
