Sales Coordination

Role & responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfilment and delivery. • Coordinate with despatch production team for timely processing customer orders.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support. • Address customer issues and collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions. • Addressing questions about products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Responsible for managing the entire process efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. • Provide daily update on customer order status. • Provide administrative support to enhance the team's efficiency. • provide prompt and accurate responses to potential and existing customers. • Coordinate with Presale team to get the correct data to process order efficiently. • Prepare internal meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.• Juggling multiple responsibilities such as handling inquiries, coordinating with teams, and managing documentation requires strong organizational skills. • Work closely with departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to customers • Prepares Advance Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, Proforma Invoice. • Providing support to credit control team for customer outstanding, payment follow up with customer.

From engineering company with knowledge of SAP
