Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) The position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily movement of vehicles, coordination of dispatch operations (both domestic and export), pipeline invoicing, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, and process departments), external stakeholders (customers, transporters, drivers), and managing compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Individual Accountabilities 1. Vehicle Movement & Dispatch Coordination Domestic Dispatch : Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Delivery Instruction (DI) to drivers based on customer requirements. Ensure all checks (product, quantity, contract, vehicle details, transportation, safety) are completed before allowing vehicle entry. Supervise the loading process, ensuring compliance with Road Transport Office (RTO) loading capacity and generating dispatch documents (GST invoices, e-way bills). Handover all necessary dispatch documents (invoice, dispatch documents) to the driver. Export Dispatch : Coordinate with transporters to arrange containers for export and provide transporter details to marketing for export planning. Follow up with transporters for container stuffing and coordinate export documentation (GST invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, RFID sealing). Communicate with marketing, transporters, and the plant to resolve issues during container gate-in. Circulate relevant documents to concerned teams and follow up with marketing for credit-related queries on export dispatch. 2. Pipeline Invoicing: Receive pipeline reports from the process team and raise invoices based on these reports. Coordinate with the process team to resolve any queries related to pipeline reports. Send pipeline invoices to customers regularly and address any invoice-related issues. 3. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve material allocation, customer contract, pricing, credit limit, and priority dispatch queries. Communicate with customers, transporters, and drivers to resolve issues related to DO, LR, contracts, credit limits, safety, and vehicle/driver documents. Coordinate with the in-plant department to ensure stock availability for invoicing and prioritize loading based on marketing needs. 4. Document Management & Reporting: Generate and maintain dispatch documents, including GST invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and commercial/export invoices. Maintain periodic reports (export statements, chlorine & hydrogen licenses, MEIS claims, ORM presentations) and ensure record-keeping compliance. Tally dispatches and stock records (duty-free exports, SEZ dispatches) with transaction registers and update stock in SAP. 5. Compliance & Audit: Handle documentation and correspondence with GST departments and other regulatory bodies. Participate in internal audits, ISO, and safety compliance training, and manage digital signature certificates for invoicing officers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during vehicle gate-ins, including tanker inspections and safety audits. 6. Logistics & Incident Reporting: Conduct incident investigations and report to relevant stakeholders. Provide data for system integrations and participate in daily meetings for updates on logistics. Track and trace outbound vehicles, communicate deviations, and ensure safe transportation practices by conducting driver awareness training. Schedule export container pickups, coordinate with transporters, and follow up with Custom House Agents (CHA) for export documentation. Minimum 5 to 10 years years of experience in sales/logistic coordination, Strong knowledge of logistics operations, export documentation Familiarity with GST laws, SAP software, and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle high volumes of daily transactions (up to 200 vehicles per day). Knowledge of safety standards, ISO compliance, and audit processes is a plus. Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied Key Individual Accountabilities Closely monitor all the equipment installed at various well sites, Group Gathering Stations and Compressor stations. • Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintains records/history sheets of all the equipment and analyse. • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and contractors. • Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied • Ensure all the spare parts, tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered through purchase requisition. Identify potential hazards and participate in Job safety analysis for all the high risk activities related to regular maintenance, planned shutdown and emergency maintenance. • Preparation of SOW/tender documents for all the maintenance/AMC jobs and services and technical evaluation of vendors as per company policy and procedures. • Preparation of maintenance budget and timely submission for approval. • Actively support and participate in al pigging activities. • Tracking for timely receipt of spares and Ensure timely preparation of GRN and service entries so as to release timely payments of vendors and contractors. • Possess an excellent knowledge of industry codes and practices, work permit system, Lock out / Tag out. • Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems by analysis of performance data and vibration signatures. • Works in team environment to implement solutions to reliability issue. • Perform equipment and process troubleshooting to resolve issues. • Provide input for the Maintenance Budget. • Evaluate new technologies and alternatives for equipment repair while seeking cost and delivery advantages Key Interactions Internal * Unit Management * Project Team * Departmental Team members * Purchase * Stores * Accounts External * Vendors * Consultants * Customers Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge BE/ B.Tech Mechanical with 8 to 12 yrs of maintenance experience in Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Chemical industry. • Able to plan and execute end-to-end maintenance work • Strong to maintain rotating and static equipment Demonstrated ability to work independently part of a team • Degree holder in mechanical engineering combined with a minimum of 5-7 years engineering/maintenance field experience in the chemical , oil or petrochemical plants • Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards. • Able to work independently and yet participate as a member of a multidiscipline team. • Skilled in Troubleshooting and executing maintenance work and managing the contractors on site. Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) Handle all legal matters including drafting/reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance, managing litigation, advising on legal issues, liaising with authorities, and supporting new projects as required by the Company. Key Individual Accountabilities Drafting/reviewing contracts, agreements, MoUs and monitor legal obligations under such contracts and agreements and be responsible to ensure that all contracts, agreements are routed, finalized, executed only through the contract management software used by the Company. Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company: revenue, land/immovable property related issues, factory laws, environment related issues, IPR, Taxation, etc. Respond to Show cause Notices and defend legal cases filed against Company and/or its officials under various acts. Advise, monitor and review compliances under various laws applicable to the Company. Advise the company on legal issues concerning the company and its business, including new projects Liaise with and assist external counsels. Liaison with regulatory, quasi-judicial, Administrative and other government officers. Represent the company in major legal cases, public hearings, arbitrations etc. Provide legal support for new projects e.g. Due diligence, contract review Other assignments that the Company may entrust.
