Team Member Mechanical

As a Project Manager in this role, your primary responsibility will be to execute and monitor project execution efficiently, safely, and with high quality, while ensuring adherence to statutory norms. You will be accountable for the following key responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and manage projects from concept to commissioning stage. - Prepare project plans, organize manpower, estimate material requirements, and oversee purchasing of raw materials. - Act as a central point of coordination between customers, design, manufacturing, purchasing, and site activities. - Issue progress reports to management and manage project costs effectively. - Coordinate process, equipment, and design with relevant departments/agencies. - Conduct engineering drawing studies, estimate work time, schedule material requirements, and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials. - Provide leadership for troubleshooting related problems. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and maintain the highest level of safety standards at project sites. - Develop yearly/quarterly & monthly invoicing plans and guide team members in implementation. - Demonstrate strong project execution capabilities with a proven track record. Key Interactions: - Internal: Unit Management, Project Team, Departmental Team members, Purchase, Stores, Accounts - External: Vendors, Consultants, Customers Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech Mechanical with 15+ years of experience in construction & commissioning of medium to large scale projects in chemical/petrochemical/chlor-alkali industries. - Proficiency in monitoring project progress, aged accounts, invoices, and budgets. - Exposure to ERP, IMS & ISO systems.
