Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients for

    IT Staff Augmentation

    and IT Consulting Services.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Qualify client requirements and collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
  • Build strong client relationships and support deployed consultants.
  • Provide operational feedback to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Ensure proper capture and management of client knowledge.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years

    of experience selling

    IT Staff Augmentation

    or IT Consulting Services.
  • Proven consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated “Land and Expand” capability.
  • High energy, logical approach, and strong enthusiasm.
