Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Guwahati. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing business strategies, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves market analysis, client negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

• Experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
• Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in IT products and services with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the IT industry or related sectors is advantageous
