BDM - Corporate Sales

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for Corporate Sales & Projects, your primary responsibility will be to lead B2B sales initiatives, with a specific focus on overseeing high-value corporate training and IT project engagements. A strong background in corporate sales, project coordination, and client relationship management will be essential for excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the corporate and institutional training sector. - Work closely with internal teams, including product, finance, legal, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and deliver comprehensive project proposals, tenders, and commercial offers. - Oversee the successful implementation of projects through coordination with internal teams or affiliate partners. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. - Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements. - Represent the organization at client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project documentation using CRM tools. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B project sales, or enterprise account management. - Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes for large-scale projects. - Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in project management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities and sound decision-making skills. - Willingness to travel extensively as required across India.,
