Job description : Business Development Manager (preferably women)

Target Clients: Food exporters, pharma logistics, chemical manufacturers, shipping companies

Key Responsibilities of BDM

A. New Business Acquisition
Identify & target potential clients in food packaging, pharma, logistics, and chemical storage.Generate leads via LinkedIn, trade shows, and industrial directories.Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts with shipping/logistics firms.

B. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators.Provide customized desiccant solutions based on cargo type (food, electronics, chemicals).

C. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitors (Silica Gel, Clay Desiccants, etc.) and pricing trends.Identify new verticals (e.g., electronics, agriculture) for moisture control needs.Achieve annual sales (depends on order sizes).Collaborate with R&D team for client-specific product modifications.Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 0–2 years in B2B sales (packaging, logistics, or industrial chemicals).
Skills: Negotiation, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce), cold-calling.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / MBA / B.Tech (Chemicals/Packaging preferred).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer

Contract length: 12 months
