About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives for our educational books, enrichment programs, and learning centers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, institutions, and partners to promote our range of educational products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Promote and sell educational books , teacher training programs , and learning center partnerships . Conduct school visits , presentations , and orientation sessions to showcase our products and services. Build long-term relationships with principals, school management, and educational leaders. Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for program implementation and promotional events. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Represent the organization at education fairs, workshops, and exhibitions . Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational marketing (education sector preferred).
