Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit potential franchisees.
- Identify target markets and create a plan to approach and engage potential franchisees.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals.
- Qualify and manage leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain franchise opportunities, benefits, and requirements.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and terms with prospective franchisees.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for franchise growth.
- Analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Franchise Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage franchise documentation, including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, and other related materials.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and franchise sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute franchise marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in franchise sales are a plus.

- Proven track record of successful franchise sales and lead conversion.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in franchise sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
