Job Summary: We are looking for a well-presented, customer-friendly female candidate to join our team as a Laundry Counter Sales Executive . The role involves handling front-desk operations, assisting customers with laundry orders, processing payments, and making occasional follow-up calls to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner. Receive, tag, and log laundry items accurately into the system. Provide service details, price estimates, and delivery timelines. Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and update order records. Address customer inquiries or concerns and escalate issues when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter. Make calls to customers for: Order pickup reminders Delivery confirmations Customer feedback Promotions or special offers Coordinate with the laundry processing team for timely service. Promote loyalty programs and additional services as required.
