Counter Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve welcoming and assisting walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for receiving, tagging, and logging laundry items accurately into the system. Additionally, you will provide service details, price estimates, and delivery timelines to customers. Addressing customer inquiries or concerns and escalating issues when needed will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner. - Receive, tag, and log laundry items accurately into the system. - Provide service details, price estimates, and delivery timelines. - Address customer inquiries or concerns and escalate issues when needed. - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter. - Make calls to customers for: - Order pickup reminders - Delivery confirmations - Customer feedback - Promotions or special offers - Coordinate with the laundry processing team for timely service. - Promote loyalty programs and additional services as required. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
