About the Institution

Key Responsibilities

1. Admission Counsellor

  • Handle walk-in enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, admission process and campus facilities.
  • Counsel students and parents to help them understand academic pathways and course offerings.
  • Maintain enquiry databases and ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate admission documentation, fee details, and campus visits.
  • Support front-office and admission events such as open houses, counselling sessions, and parent meets.

2. BTL Executive (Below the Line Marketing)

  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as school visits, education fairs, door-to-door campaigns, kiosk setups, flyers, and outdoor promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, coaching centres, and community partners.
  • Track and report campaign performance to ensure lead-generation targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate brand visibility activities in local areas.

3. Business Development Executive (BDE)

  • Identify potential markets and target groups for admissions.
  • Generate leads through field visits, partnerships, tie-ups, and networking.
  • Promote the institution’s programs to schools, tuition centres, and educational counsellors.
  • Ensure monthly admission targets and lead conversion goals are met.
  • Conduct presentations, counselling events, and outreach programs.

4. Telecaller

  • Make outbound calls to enquiries and leads generated through various channels.
  • Explain program details clearly and convincingly.
  • Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/enquiry tracker regularly.
  • Support admission counsellors in daily lead follow-up.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counselling abilities.
  • Good presentation and networking skills (for BDE/BTL roles).
  • Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and student-friendly approach.

Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience in the education sector, admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service preferred.
