Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience : 3-4 Years Location: Indore (onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets. Generate qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and cold calling. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to understand solutions and align them with client requirements. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management in the IT services or software industry. Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
