Job Overview : We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in the IT sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT solutions and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, social media, and events). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and align them with IT solutions and services offered by the company. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and contribute to overall business growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and prepare periodic sales reports. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services or software solutions. Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software development, cloud, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT infrastructure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
