The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to pitch services or products. Prepare and deliver proposals and sales contracts to clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation. Maintain CRM data and regularly update records of client interactions and progress. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, product development) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Attend industry events, seminars, or trade shows for networking and brand exposure.
